The companies reported their sales for the third quarter of 2019. Analysts from Counterpoint Research prepared top best-selling smartphones in the world during this period. The list includes two iPhones, three Samsung devices and an assorted five Chinese. This is how it looks:
- iPhone XR;
- Samsung Galaxy A10;
- Samsung Galaxy A50;
- Oppo A9;
- iPhone 11;
- Oppo A5s;
- Samsung Galaxy A20;
- Oppo A5;
- Xiaomi Redmi 7A;
- Huawei P30.
For the iPhone XR, this is the fourth consecutive number one - making it the best-selling model of the year. But in the third quarter, the iPhone 11 was released, which has already managed to rise to fifth place in sales and has every chance to lead the top for the fourth quarter - but this data will be published only in the spring 2020.
Interestingly, in the case of Samsung smartphones, the list included not flagships, but three mid-range smartphones - and the most budgetary one was the most popular. In fact, the only flagship in the top is the Huawei P30.
