Jellied Cabbage Pie

The main plus of the jellied cabbage pie is the ease of preparation. The kefir dough turns out to be tender and goes well with the filling of vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- Cabbage 500 g
- Carrots 1-2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Champignons 6-8 pieces
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Kefir 300 ml
- Flour 150 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Chop the cabbage. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
In a skillet, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
Fry the onions for 4-5 minutes, add carrots and mushrooms, and after 5 minutes add cabbage. Cook everything together for about 7-10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and cool vegetables.
For the dough, beat eggs and mix with kefir.
Combine the sifted flour with half a teaspoon of salt and baking powder.
Pour the flour mass into the egg-kefir mixture and stir. The dough should not be thicker than the pancakes.
Grease the mold with oil and pour half of the dough into it. Lay out the filling and cover with the remaining dough.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
