Cheese soup with forest mushrooms

Ingredients
- Forest mushrooms 300 g
- 1 tbsp butter the spoon
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Flour 1 tsp the spoon
- Water 750 ml
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Allspice peas 5 pieces
- Curd cheese 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Place in a skillet and cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
Add half the oil and fry the mushrooms for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in a saucepan for 5 minutes, then mix them with flour.
Add 600 ml water and not too coarsely chopped potatoes with pepper. After 10 minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.
Use a blender to whisk the cheese with the remaining water and add to the soup. Season with salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished soup with dried or fresh herbs.
