Beet and cabbage salad for the winter

In vegetable season, be sure to prepare this juicy beet and cabbage salad for the winter. It will perfectly complement almost any main course.

Ingredients
- Cabbage 500 g
- Carrots 1 piece
- Beets 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Water 250 ml
- Vegetable oil 50 ml
- Salt 1 tbsp the spoon
- Sugar 1½ tbsp. lokji
- Lavrushka 3 pieces
- Vinegar 9% 50 ml
Cooking method
Chop the cabbage. Grate the carrots and beets on a Korean carrot grater. Chop the garlic.
Place all vegetables in a deep bowl or saucepan and stir well.
Boil water with oil, salt, sugar and lavrushka and cook for a few minutes until the crystals dissolve. Add vinegar and remove from heat.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables and stir again.
Arrange vegetable salad in jars - 4 pieces of 500 ml are enough. Cover with lids.
Place the jars in a saucepan with a napkin at the bottom. Pour warm water so that it does not reach the necks of the cans.
Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Roll up the cans and keep warm under a blanket or towel. After cooling completely, keep cool.
