Eggplant rolls with cottage cheese and garlic - a delicious cold appetizer with a light filling. This dish can be served on a holiday or on a regular day.

Ingredients
- Eggplant 2 jokes
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Curd 150-200 g
- Cilantro to taste
- Walnuts 50 g
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Sour cream 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Cut the eggplants lengthwise into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.

Fry the eggplant slices for a few minutes on each side until they soften.
You can also cook eggplants in the oven or on the grill.
Place the finished toasted slices on paper towels to remove excess oil. Cool it down.

Mix cottage cheese with chopped cilantro, chopped nuts and garlic. Season with sour cream and salt.
To make the mass more tender, the cottage cheese can be whipped with a blender or rubbed through a sieve.
Place the filling on each eggplant slice and wrap in a tight roll.
