Pickled mushrooms for the winter

Pickled honey mushrooms for the winter are an appetizing mushroom snack that can be served with onions and butter or added to various salads.

Ingredients
- Water 2 200 ml
- Honey mushrooms 900 g
- Lavrushka 2 pieces
- Black peppercorns 7 pieces
- Salt 40 g
- Sugar 15 g
- Acetic essence 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan and dip the washed mushrooms into it. Boil the mushrooms over medium heat for 10 minutes after boiling, skimming off the foam.
Discard the mushrooms in a colander and rinse under running water.
Boil the remaining water, dip the mushrooms in it along with lavrushka, peppercorns, salt and sugar.
Cook for 15 minutes, then add the vinegar essence and cook for the same amount.

Arrange honey mushrooms in sterilized jars. Make sure the mushrooms are completely covered with the marinade and that the jars are filled to the top.
