Stuffed Tomatoes with Minced Lamb Meat

Stuffed tomatoes with minced lamb is a tasty and moderately spicy appetizer that turns out to be especially appetizing and aromatic thanks to mint and spices.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Minced lamb 400 g
- Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
- Ground cumin 1 pinch
- Ground paprika 1 pinch
- Mint 2-3 sprigs
- Harissa sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp the spoon
- Chili pepper 1-2 pieces
- Vegetable broth 160 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes. With a teaspoon, remove the pulp from the fruit and chop it.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the minced meat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the tomato pulp and spices to the lamb.
After a few minutes, put chopped mint, sauce, tomato paste, chopped chili into the same pan. Pour in broth.
When the liquid comes to a boil, turn it on a low heat and cook for 15–20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the filling over the tomatoes and cover with the cut tops.
Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 ° C.
