Ingredients
- Large head of cauliflower 1 piece
- Egg 1 piece
- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup low-fat grated cheese
- Garlic 1 clove
- A mixture of dried Italian herbs 1/4 tsp spoons
- Tomato sauce 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Cheese 100 g
- Champignons 5 pieces
- Tomatoes 2-3 pieces
- Fresh basil 3 sprigs
Cooking method
-
We rub the cabbage inflorescences on a coarse grater and cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. We discard the cabbage in a colander, cool and squeeze out as much liquid as possible, transferring the grated inflorescences into a gauze bag.
-
Mix cabbage cake with egg, sour cream, cheese, garlic and herbs. We form the mixture into a layer 0.4–0.5 cm thick on a sheet of parchment or a silicone mat. We bake the pizza base for half an hour at 200 degrees.
-
Cover the base with sauce, cheese, chopped mushrooms, tomatoes and basil. Return the pizza to the oven to melt the cheese.
You can put any ingredients you like on the pizza.
