Cauliflower "steaks" in the oven

Taste cauliflower steaks in the oven with barbecue sauce. A minimum of effort, and an interesting and tasty vegetable side dish will flaunt on your table.

Ingredients
- Olive or sunflower oil ¼ cup
- A mixture of Provencal herbs 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Dried garlic ⅔ tsp spoons
- Cauliflower 1 head
- BBQ sauce to taste
Cooking method
Combine butter with a mixture of Provencal herbs, salt and dried garlic.

Rinse the head of cabbage and cut into 2 cm thick pieces. A small head of cauliflower will make about 4-5 "steaks".

Grease each of the slices with herbal oil on both sides, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in a preheated 200-degree oven for 40 minutes.

After a while, the surface of the cabbage "steaks" will lightly brown, they will become soft and ready to serve, but we suggest additionally glazing them with barbecue sauce.
