Chinese Chicken Noodles

The Chinese style chicken noodles are delicious thanks to the sauce with spicy notes of ginger and garlic. Try it yourself.

Ingredients
- Egg noodles 120-150 g
- Sesame oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Chicken fillet 250-300 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 cm piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Green onions 2-3 stalks
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Water 180 ml
- Soy sauce 60 ml
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Corn starch 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Boil the noodles: cook them for about a minute less than the time indicated in the instructions on the package. Drain in a colander and mix with sesame oil.
Cut the chicken into small flat pieces. Chop the garlic and ginger.
Cut the carrots into strips or grate on a Korean carrot grater. Chop the onion.
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Fry the fillet pieces for 3-5 minutes on each side. Place on a plate.
Put the garlic and ginger in the same pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add water, soy and oyster sauces, starch, and leftover oil to the skillet. Stir and add carrots and onions.
After 1-2 minutes, add the chicken and noodles to the pan and stir well. After a minute, the dish can be served.
