Porcini sauce

A fragrant porcini mushroom sauce is prepared with the addition of sour cream and cream, so it turns out to be very tender. It goes perfectly with meat, pancakes and more.

Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms 250 g
- 3 tbsp butter spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable broth 350-370 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Ground nutmeg 1 pinch
- Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 20% fat 100 g
- Cream 100 ml
Cooking method
Cut the mushrooms into not very large pieces and fry with 2 tablespoons of oil for 4-5 minutes.
Add chopped onion and cook for 5-6 minutes. When the vegetables are transparent, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Place the mushrooms and onions on a plate.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes until golden brown.

Gradually pour the broth into the flour. Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
How to make vegetable broth from what you find in the kitchen
Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Add mushrooms, onions, sour cream and cream to the pan. Stir and simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Leave the finished sauce under the lid until serving.
