Grape juice for the winter

You will need no special devices. The process is time consuming, but you will be able to prepare pure grape juice for the winter without additives.

Remove twigs from the grapes and rinse. Place in a bowl or other non-metallic container.
The number of berries can be any. The more there are, the longer it will take to prepare the juice.
Crush the grapes with your hands as thoroughly as possible to release all the juice.
Grind the mass through a sieve. Then strain once or twice through cheesecloth folded in several layers.
Pour the juice into clean 1.5-liter bottles or cans, filling them approximately to the shoulders. Seal tightly with screw caps.
Place them in a large saucepan lined with a towel and cover completely with cold water.
Bring water to a boil over high heat. Turn on medium heat and leave the blanks inside for another 10 minutes.
You can store the juice at room temperature. After a while, tartar forms in the bottles - this is normal, just pour the drink through a sieve.
