Lavash lasagna with minced meat and béchamel sauce

Lavash lasagna is a great option for those who want to prepare a popular Italian dish in one of the easiest ways.

Ingredients
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Minced meat 500 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp spoons
- Cream 100 ml
- Butter 50 g
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 300 ml
- Lavash 4 pieces
- Cheese 400 g
Cooking method

Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat and cook the same amount.
Use any minced meat.
Season the meat and onions with salt and pepper, add the tomato paste, and 10 minutes later add the cream. Stir for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Melt the butter in another skillet, mix with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
While stirring, pour in the milk. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Grease a baking dish with béchamel sauce. Put one lavash on it, and on top - a third of minced meat and a part of grated cheese.
Grease another pita bread with sauce on one side and put this side on the cheese. Repeat the layers two times.
Top with the remaining sauce and cover with cheese.
Bake the lasagne at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
