Pasta with ham and melon sauce - Lifehacker

Pasta with a sauce that combines cream, melon pulp and salted ham. Believe me, in practice it is much less outlandish than in words.

Ingredients
- Butter 15 g
- Cured ham 60 g
- Onions ½ pieces
- Melon pulp 300 g
- Spaghetti 240 g
- Cream 130 ml
- Dried marjoram 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese 40 g
Cooking method
Put the water for the pasta to warm up, in the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of ham on it until crisp.

Add finely chopped onions to them and wait until they are browned.
To fry in a pan, place the diced melon pulp and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until it is pureed.

Put the pasta to simmer, and add the cream to the sauce. Let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes.
How and how much to cook pasta so that they do not stick together
Season the melon sauce with dried marjoram and salt. Add cheese and let it melt completely.

Place the freshly brewed pasta in a skillet and stir. Wait for the sauce to boil again and remove from heat.
