Zucchini casserole with chicken - Lifehacker

A layered dish of vegetables, minced meat in tomato sauce, egg and yoghurt sauce and cheese. Zucchini casserole with chicken will be hearty and delicious.

Ingredients
- Shallots 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1¹⁄₂ tbsp spoons
- Minced chicken 800 g
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Zucchini 1-2 pieces
- Egg 1 piece
- Greek yogurt 4 tbsp spoons
- Hard cheese 100-150 g
Cooking method
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry them for a few minutes in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Lay out the chicken. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the minced meat changes color from pink to light brown.
Add tomato sauce, stir and fry for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips. Whisk the egg, yogurt, salt and pepper separately.
Lubricate the mold with the remaining oil. Put half of the zucchini strips on the bottom, lightly overlapping them.
Spread half of the minced meat on top and pour half of the egg mixture.
Repeat each layer one more time. Sprinkle the latter with grated cheese.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
