How to quickly and easily get rid of the rust on cast iron cookware

Cast iron pans and pots are used for a long time, but eventually start to rust. With just three funds, which have in every kitchen, you can easily remove the rust.
You will need:
- 1 potato tuber;
- Coarse salt;
- vegetable oil.
During the cleaning process, you get dirty table, so it is best to cover it with old newspapers.
First, sprinkle more salt into the pan, but not remove the package: later, will have to fill up more. After that cut in half the potato tuber, cut lower it down and start cleaning. Do not forget the edges and handle.
Very soon, the salt becomes dirty, so it makes sense to rinse dishes and repeat the procedure.
When the dishes will be clean, rinse and dry it. Put on low heat for a minute to evaporate any remaining moisture.
Next pour a small amount of oil and grind it with a paper towel over the entire inner surface. Remove excess oil and keep the pan on low heat for half an hour.
When the dishes cool down, wipe the oil residue.
To rust again did not appear, repeat the calcination oiled dishes every time you use it. Keep it away from moisture.
