Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1-2 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 6-8 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Greens to taste
- Small squash 2 pieces
Cooking method
Cut the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces.
Put vegetables in a slow cooker, salt and add spices.
Pour in half the oil and cook on Fry for 18 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and chopped herbs about halfway through the process.
When the vegetables are browned, transfer them to a colander and let sit for 10-15 minutes to drain off excess fat.
Cut off the tops of the squash. Remove the pulp - the easiest way to do this is with a spoon. Stuff the squash with sauteed vegetables.
Add the remaining oil to the multicooker and add the squash. Cover the top with cut caps.
Cook for 50 minutes on Braze mode.
