This plum cake is quite simple, but very appetizing, soft and flavorful. The berries give the baked goods a very pleasant sourness.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter spoons + for lubrication
- Sugar 150 g + 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Egg 1 piece
- Flour 130 g
- Baking powder ¹⁄₂ tsp. spoons
- Soda ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Milk 120 ml
- Plums 5-10 pieces
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Lubricate a 22-23 cm mold with oil.
Using a mixer, beat the butter with 150 g of sugar into a fluffy mass. Add egg, beat again.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the flour mixture and milk to the butter in several passes, starting and ending with flour. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or by hand each time.
Place the dough in a mold and flatten.
Remove the seeds from the plums. Cut the berries lengthwise into thin wedges. Lay them out nicely on the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the plums.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until the dough has set and the top is lightly browned.
