Ingredients
- Butter 60 g + for lubrication
- Flour 125 g
- Cocoa powder 40 g
- Soda ¾ tsp spoons
- Salt ⅛ tsp spoons
- Dark chocolate 115 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Milk 120 ml
- Ripe pears 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Oil a baking dish. A square one with sides of 22-23 cm is best suited.
Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of boiling water so that the bowl doesn't touch the liquid. Stir until everything is melted.
Transfer the butter and chocolate to another bowl. Add sugar and beat on a low mixer speed for a couple of minutes. The mass should brighten.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
Add flour mixture and milk in two rounds. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or by hand.
Peel pears from skins and cores. Cut into slices and stir into dough.

Put it in the prepared form. Bake for about 45 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough dry.
Cool cake completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
