Crispy base, creamy layer and aromatic fruits with cinnamon and nutmeg. Such a puff pastry pie with pear will not leave you indifferent.

Ingredients
- Pears 4 pieces
- Puff pastry 250 g
- Flour 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Cream cheese 115 g
- White sugar 50 g
- Vanilla extract ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp spoons
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground nutmeg ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Nuts 1 handful
Cooking method
Cut pears in half lengthways and remove cores. Cut the fruit into thin slices.
Place the dough on a floured table. Roll out into a rectangular layer about 3 mm thick.
Walk with a knife along all edges, backing about 2 cm from them. Don't cut right through the dough.
Transfer the layer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Stick a fork in the middle many times without touching the sides.
Whisk cream cheese with white sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer.
Spread the cheese mass over the dough without touching the intended edges.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix with pears.
Place the fruit wedges on top of the cheese, stacking them on top of each other. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. The dough should be lightly browned.
