Raspberry jam without cooking

Without cooking, raspberry jam turns out to be fragrant, tasty and very useful, because the berries in it retain all the vitamins. It will stay in the refrigerator all winter.

Ingredients
- Raspberry 1 kg
- Water 500-700 ml
- Sugar 2 kg

Put the raspberries in a bowl and pour boiling water over for 30 seconds. Throw it on a sieve so that the liquid glass, and then transfer to a clean dish.
Pour boiling water over all utensils and tools that you use.
Stir the raspberries with half the sugar, then add the rest and stir again.
Beat the berries with a blender for a minute, then stir by hand the same amount. Repeat four more times. If not all crystals are dissolved, continue stirring for 3-5 minutes.
If you like seedless jam, strain the mixture through a sieve.

Pour the jam into sterilized jars so that it reaches the very top. Close the lids and keep cool.
