Gooseberry and Almond Pie

There are two types of flour in the dough - wheat and almond flour. The gooseberry pie itself is also covered with nuts. It turns out to be exquisite and very tasty.

Ingredients
- Butter 125 g + for lubrication
- Sugar 200 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat flour 75 g
- Almond flour 75 g
- Baking powder ¾ h. spoons
- Gooseberry 350 g
- Almond petals 35 g
Cooking method
Beat the softened butter and 125 g sugar with a mixer. A light, fluffy mass should come out.
Add eggs in turn, beating with a mixer after each addition.
Stir in both flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula or mixer.
Remove the tails from the gooseberry. Mix the berries with the remaining sugar.

Lubricate a 20–25 cm diameter mold with butter. Place most of the dough there, spread the gooseberries and cover with the rest of the dough.
You can put all the dough into the mold at once, and distribute the berries on top.
Place in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with almond petals and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Stick a toothpick into it to determine if the pie is done. If it comes out of the dough dry, remove it from the oven.
