Gooseberry jam with orange

Make healthy gooseberry orange jam following this simple recipe. You will have a dessert with a very unusual taste and bright aroma.

Ingredients
- Gooseberry 1½ kg
- Orange 2 pieces
- Sugar 1½ kg

Prepare gooseberry berries: wash, dry and cut off the tails and stems.

Wash the oranges and cut into several pieces.

Grind the berries with a blender or food processor. A meat grinder will also work.

Next, put the orange slices into the food processor without peeling the zest. Grind to the consistency you need.

Combine the resulting puree from berries and oranges and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add sugar.

Put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Let cool and brew for several hours.

Cook the second time for 10-15 minutes. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and close the lids.
