Clafoutis with apples and cinnamon

This French dessert is usually made with cherries. We suggest making it with apples. The clafoutis is tender, with a pleasant aroma of fruits and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- Apples 3-4 pieces
- Lemon juice 1 tsp the spoon
- Butter 2 tbsp spoons + for lubrication
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Ground cinnamon ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- White sugar 100 g
- Flour 80 g
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Sour cream 110 g
- Milk 180 ml
Cooking method
Peel and core the apples. Cut into slices or chunks and mix with lemon juice.
Place the fruit in the skillet. Add oil and cook for a few minutes over medium-high heat.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender.
Whisk the eggs, vanillin and white sugar well. The mass should become light.
Add flour and salt gradually, stirring until smooth.
Continuing to stir with a whisk, add sour cream and pour in milk. Achieve uniformity.
Oil a baking dish. A round one with a diameter of 22-25 cm is ideal.
Pour half of the dough there, spread the apples, and spread the rest of the dough on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 35–40 minutes. The clafoutis should be lush, golden, and the middle should grab.
Serve warm or completely cooled.
