Spinach fried with garlic and chili

Fried spinach is spicy thanks to the addition of sauces, garlic and hot chili peppers. And you can serve it, for example, with rice.

Ingredients
- Broth or water 60 ml
- Oyster sauce or mushroom substitute 2 tbsp spoons
- Fish or soy sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Sherry 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Brown sugar 1 tsp the spoon
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chili pepper 1 piece
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Sesame oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Cashews to taste
Cooking method

Combine broth or water with oyster and fish sauce or substitutes.
You can use chicken or vegetable broth.
Soy sauce is best for 1¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons.
Add sherry and sugar and stir. Make sure all sugar crystals are dissolved.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable oil, lightly chopped garlic and chili, fry for a minute.
Fresh chili can be replaced with dried chili. The latter will need ¹⁄₃ – ⅔ h. spoons.
Put spinach in the same wok and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Pour the broth sauce over everything and cook for another 2-4 minutes, until the spinach turns dark green.
Drizzle sesame oil over a dish and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
