Potato zrazy with mushrooms is an appetizing dish that is great for lunch or dinner. They can be served both cold and hot.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Egg 1 piece
- Wheat flour 150 g
- Salt to taste
- Champignons 200-250 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes and mash.
How and how much to cook potatoes
Cool the potatoes slightly and stir in the egg, 4 tablespoons flour and salt. You will end up with a thick mass.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, chop the onion.
Instead of champignons, you can take any forest mushrooms.
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high to medium heat. For 5-7 minutes, fry the mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper. Cool it down.
Sprinkle flour on the table or board. Divide the potato mass into 7-8 parts. Form a ball out of each and crush it into a cake no thicker than half a centimeter.
Put about a tablespoon of mushrooms and onions in the center of the workpiece and join the edges so that the filling is inside. Dip in flour.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the zrazy 3-5 minutes on each side until they are browned.
