Cocoa-coated chocolate truffles

You don't need fancy ingredients to make this delicious dessert. Plus, it doesn't take much time to make the chocolate truffles.

Ingredients
- Cream 35% fat 210 ml
- Butter 25 g
- Dark chocolate 500 g
- Cocoa powder to taste
Cooking method
Pour the cream into a saucepan and place over medium heat. When the cream is warmed up, add the butter, stir, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Break up the chocolate and place in a saucepan with hot cream. Stir the mixture until the tiles are completely dissolved.

Cool the contents of the saucepan. Roll walnut-sized balls from the resulting solidified mass.
To prevent the mass from sticking, moisten the spoon and fingers with water.
Pour cocoa powder into a clean, dry bowl, roll in balls and place on a dish or baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the finished truffles in the refrigerator: at room temperature the chocolate mass will not solidify.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on the truffles again before serving and place on a plate.
