A French dessert recipe from a famous chef. Cherry clafoutis is a cross between a pie, casserole and egg mousse with a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients
- Flour 60 g
- Baking powder ¹⁄₂ tsp. spoons
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 300 ml
- Vanilla extract ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Sugar 60 g + 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Butter ¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Cherry 300 g
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method

Combine flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt and 60 g sugar.
You can do this with a blender, food processor, or by hand.
Let the homogeneous dough brew for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a round dish with a diameter of 25 cm with soft butter. Sprinkle it with the remaining sugar.

Place the cherries on the bottom of the dish and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Cherries can be pitted, although they are left in the classic version. This gives the dish a pleasant almond flavor. Oliver uses pitted berries.
Pour the prepared dough over the berries.
Place back in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the clafoutis is plump and golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
