Spicy soup with beef and tomatoes in pots

Spicy beef soup turns out to be hearty, rich, aromatic and very tasty. Cooking in pots is very simple: the oven will do all the work for you.

Ingredients
- Beef 500 g
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Hot pepper 1 piece
- Carrots 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Hot red pepper to taste
- Water 1-1¹⁄₂ l
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Cut meat, potatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers into medium pieces, onion and hot peppers into small pieces.
Grate the carrots on a coarse or medium grater. Pass the garlic through a press.

Fill the pots with meat and vegetables about half or a little more. Season with salt, pepper and cover with water so that its level is 2-3 cm higher.
You may need more or less water depending on the size of your pots.
Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 1 hour. If after this time the meat is not tender enough, cook the soup for another 15–20 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped herbs on top before serving.
