Ingredients

- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Frozen dumplings 1 kg
- Frozen vegetables 100-200 g
- Garlic to taste
- Spices to taste
- Water 150-200 ml
- Cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Grease the pots with oil and put onions on the bottom, lightly salt.

Place dumplings on top of about half of each pot, with frozen vegetables on top straight from the freezer.
You can use frozen beans and bell peppers or fresh vegetables instead of the vegetable mix.
Place the dumplings on top so the pots are almost full. Sprinkle with carrots, chopped garlic and spices.
Pour water into the pots. If you want more broth, increase the volume to taste.

Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40–45 minutes.
If using cooked dumplings, bake them for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese 5-10 minutes until tender and bake without lids to get a golden brown crust.
