Raspberry five-minute jam

The raspberry five-minute jam turns out to be unusually fragrant, moderately sweet and surprisingly tasty. It can be kept cool until next summer.

Ingredients
- Raspberry 1 500 g
- Sugar 1 kg
Cooking method
Rinse the raspberries and let the water drain.
Cover the berries with sugar, use about one third, and stir gently. Leave at room temperature.
After 2 hours, place the raspberries on the stove and cook over low heat. Stir constantly.
When the sugar has dissolved, increase the heat to medium and cook the jam 5 minutes after boiling.
Remove the jam from the stove and gently remove any foam from it.
Add the remaining sugar to the jam and stir gently to dissolve.
Leave the jam to cool at room temperature. This will take approximately 2 hours.
Then repeat boiling twice at the same time intervals.

Pour hot ready-made jam into sterilized jars and cover with lids.
