Simple yeast dough raspberry pie

The yeast dough turns out to be soft and fluffy, and the filling is sweet, with a slight sourness, surprisingly aromatic. You will love this raspberry pie.

Ingredients
- Fresh yeast 20 g
- Milk 200 ml
- Vanilla sugar 8-10 g
- Sugar 80 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Butter 60 g
- Flour 400 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Starch 1 tsp the spoon
- Raspberries 200-250 g
- Egg 1 piece

Mix the yeast with warm milk, vanilla and regular sugar. Add a pinch of salt, melted butter and sifted flour.
Instead of fresh, you can use dry yeast, about 7-8 g.
Knead the dough, it will be slightly sticky. Cover with a towel and leave warm for an hour and a half.
Roll out about two-thirds of the dough and place in a greased baking dish, form sides a couple of centimeters high. Sprinkle with starch and lay out the raspberries.
Roll out the remaining dough and cut into thin strips. Lay these strips over the filling and use your fingers to attach to the sides.
Leave the cake warm for 30 minutes. Then brush with a beaten egg and bake for 40–45 minutes at 180 ° C.
