Chicken curry with pineapple in one bowl

A great option for a quick and healthy dinner is chicken curry with pineapple. A hearty and original dish will be ready in half an hour.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ground coriander 1 tsp the spoon
- Turmeric 1 tsp the spoon
- Zira 1 tsp the spoon
- Chicken fillet (breast) 2 pieces
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Water 60 ml
- Pineapple juice 60 ml
- Yogurt 130 ml
- Pineapples 100 g
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Hot pepper to taste
Cooking method
Sauté the diced onion. When the pieces become transparent and have a light creamy shade, add the garlic chopped into a paste and all the ground spices to them.

Wait for the scent to appear.

Next, send the chicken fillet, cut into large cubes, to the pan. Let the chicken pieces grab on all sides, then immediately sprinkle them with flour and pour in the water and pineapple juice.
The juice can be replaced with canned pineapple syrup.

Scrape off any caramelized pieces from the bottom of the dish, then stir in the yogurt while stirring. Once the sauce has thickened, add the pineapple slices and stir.
Let the dish simmer over medium heat for another five minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve the chicken curry with rice, sprinkle with herbs and chives if desired.
