Stuffed zucchini with fish and feta

Zucchini with fish turns out to be tender and tasty. Fried onions give them a pleasant aroma, and breadcrumbs give them a nice crust.

Ingredients
- Zucchini or zucchini 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Shallots 2 pieces
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Canned tuna 100 g
- Feta 50 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 40-60 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Cut the courgettes or zucchini in half lengthwise. Scrape the flesh out so that you get boats. Salt them.
Chop the shallots finely. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onions until soft.
Chop the flesh of the vegetables, place with the onion and cook for another 4–5 minutes.
Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash it with a fork. Crush or crush feta.
Combine fish, cheese, frying and salt. Add the egg and stir. At the end, add 30 g of breadcrumbs and mix again.
Fill the boats with the fish mixture and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and black pepper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
