Nicoise with tuna and green beans

French salad "Nicoise" turns out to be very satisfying and original in taste. The dressing with lemon juice and zest gives it a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients
- Green beans 340 g
- Salt to taste
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Purple onion ¹⁄₄ pieces
- Canned tuna 340 g
- Olives 100-150 g
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Canned or white beans 250-300 g
- Olive oil 6 tbsp spoons
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp the spoon
- Dried oregano 1 tsp the spoon
- Grated lemon zest ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste

Place the green beans in salted boiling water. Bring the liquid to a boil again and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Place the cooked green beans in ice water for a few minutes.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled or in a bag - whichever you prefer. Cool and clean.

Chop the onion thinly. Divide the tuna into pieces. Leave the olives whole or cut into slices. Cut the cherry in half.
Add both beans to these ingredients.
Whisk the butter, lemon juice, oregano, zest, salt and pepper. You will have a gas station.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir.
Cut the eggs lengthwise into quarters and add them to the salad when serving.
