Salad with squid, mushrooms and eggs

The salad with squid, eggs and fried mushrooms is tender and aromatic. The dressing made from boiled yolks, sour cream and mustard makes it even tastier.

Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Champignons 200 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Pepper mix to taste
- Peeled squid 400 g
- Greens to taste
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Granular mustard ยนโโ โ 1 tsp. the spoon

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates.

Cut the onion into half rings. Place them with the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes. The onions and mushrooms should be browned.
Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper mixture. Cool it down.
Place the squid in boiling salted water.
When the liquid boils again, count down 30 seconds and transfer the seafood to ice water.
Then cut them into strips. Chop the herbs.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the proteins into strips.
Mash the yolks with a fork with sour cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper mixture. You will have a gas station.
Place the squid, mushrooms and onions, squirrels and herbs in a bowl. Add dressing and stir.
