Slice potatoes, squirrels, chicken, cucumbers and radishes into small pieces. Chop the herbs.
-
In a mortar, grind about a tablespoon of dill and onion together with salt. Juice should stand out from the greens.
If you don't have a mortar and pestle, use a regular wooden grinder.
Add chopped and chopped herbs to the prepared ingredients.
Separately chop the yolks with a fork. Whisk them with pepper, horseradish, mustard, salt, sour cream and sugar.
Add citric acid and a little kefir to the dressing and whisk again.
Pour the dressing over the chopped food and stir well.
Pour in kefir and carbonated water in equal proportions. Take enough liquid so that the okroshka is thick. Season with salt.
Put okroshka in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
