Pork salad "Laab"

Thai salad with pork "Laab" has a rich, multifaceted and bright taste, and it is best served traditionally - with rice.

Ingredients
- Thai sticky rice 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Minced pork 300 g
- Sugar 1 pinch
- Chile ¹⁄₂ st. spoons
- Fish sauce ¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Lime 1¹⁄₂ pieces
- Green onions 3-5 stalks
- Onions ¹⁄₂ pieces
- Mint 1-2 sprigs
Cooking method
Preheat a skillet over low heat. Place the rice in it and fry, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown. This will take 10 minutes or more.
Grind the prepared rice in a mortar or coffee grinder.

Place the minced meat in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly. Make sure that no large parts stick together. Do not brown the meat.
Instead of pork, you can use chicken, duck, or beef.
After about 10 minutes, when the minced meat is done, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add a tablespoon of rice flour to the pork and stir.
Also add sugar, chili, fish sauce, lime juice to the meat and mix well.
Try the salad and, if necessary, adjust the flavor with fish sauce, sugar, or chili.
Chop the green onion, cut the onion into quarters of rings. Add to the minced meat along with the mint leaves and stir.
