Shortcake with strawberries and butter cream

Thin shortcrust pastry, thick cream of cream and cheese with citrus notes and fresh berries. This strawberry pie is incredibly beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients
- Flour 170 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Butter 10 tbsp spoons
- Whipping cream (at least 33% fat) 120 ml
- Cream cheese 450 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Strawberries 650-700 g
- Strawberry or raspberry jam or jam 3 tbsp spoons
- Water 2 tsp spoons
Cooking method
Combine flour, 50 g of sugar and salt.
Pour in the melted butter and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a round shape, 25–27 cm in diameter. It is more convenient to use a mold with a removable bottom.
Pressing with your hands, spread the dough evenly over the bottom and sides. Stick with a fork over the entire surface.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes. Then cool completely.
Using a mixer, beat the cream into a fluffy creamy mass.
Beat the cream cheese with the remaining sugar separately with a mixer.
Add vanilla extract, juice and grated lemon zest and beat again.
Transfer the cream to the curd and stir gently.
Spread the cream over the cooled crust.
Cut the strawberries into thin slices. Place it beautifully in a circle on top of the cream.
Mix jam or jam with water. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Using a cooking brush, brush the berries with jam or jam.
Refrigerate the tart for 2 hours.
