Fried lavash rolls with chicken and melted cheese

Crispy crust and delicate filling of chopped fillet, cheese, sour cream and herbs. Lavash rolls with chicken are very appetizing and tasty.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 400 g
- Processed cheese 200 g
- Greens to taste
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Thin lavash 3 sheets
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Garlic 2 cloves
Cooking method

Boil the chicken fillet until tender. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
How and how much to cook chicken
Cool the chicken. Grind it with a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Add cheese, chopped herbs, sour cream, salt, pepper and, if desired, chopped garlic. Stir.
Spread half the chicken mass on one pita bread. Cover with the second, spread the remaining filling and cover the third with a sheet.
Starting on the wide side, roll everything up with a tight roll. Leave to soak for 20 minutes.
Then cut across into 2–4 cm wide rolls.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the rolls on both sides until golden brown.
