This Greek shrimp salad turns out to be more satisfying than the classic one. And the sauce made from oil, mustard, garlic and wine vinegar makes it even tastier.
Season the peeled shrimp with dried garlic, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place the shrimp in there and fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer them to a plate and leave to cool while you prepare the rest.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop the onion coarsely.
Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and chop. Cut the feta into cubes or chop.
Add olives, lettuce and shrimp to the prepared ingredients.
Chop fresh garlic and mix with everything you need for dressing.
Pour the mixture over the salad and stir.
