Mashed potato casserole with minced meat

An interesting dish is easy to make with even the most common ingredients. A casserole of mashed potatoes with minced meat is easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 1¹⁄₂ kg
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Minced meat 750 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- Dill ¹⁄₄ bunch
- Butter 100 g + for lubrication
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Hard cheese 200 g

Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until soft.
How and how much to cook potatoes
In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and add the minced meat. Saute it until the meat changes from reddish to gray-brown.
Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots and add them to the meat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add chopped greens and stir.
Drain the liquid from the boiled potatoes and puree it, adding butter and sour cream in the process.
Pour half of the grated cheese into the puree and mix well.
Lubricate the pan with butter. Spread half of the mashed potatoes over it.
Place the minced meat on top and cover it with the other half of the puree. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the dish.
Cook the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
