Peanut butter and almond flour candies

A wonderful dessert with a nutty honey flavor and aroma, covered with a layer of dark chocolate. These peanut butter candy tastes better than any store you buy.

Ingredients
- Peanut butter 240 g
- Almond flour 95 g
- Honey 110 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Dark chocolate 130 g
Cooking method
Whisk the peanut butter, flour, honey and vanilla with a mixer. The mass should resemble shortbread dough.
Make small balls out of it. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Break up the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Place it over a pot of boiling water so that it does not touch the liquid. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
You can do this in the microwave at minimum power. Remove and stir the chocolate every 15 seconds until it is completely melted.
Dip the balls into the chocolate so that they are completely covered.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
