Protein balls are a convenient pre-workout snack. Along with 5 grams of protein, you get a serving of vegetable fats and carbohydrates.
Crush the chocolate first.
You can use ready-made chocolate chips or cocoa.
Combine protein powder with almond flour.
You can replace it with any nut flour.
Add peanut butter and mix together. Add water or milk to the resulting mass.
While mixing, be guided by your own feelings: if the mixture is dry and crumbles when you try to make a ball out of it, then add more liquid, otherwise add flour or protein.
When the pasta is done, mix it with the chocolate chips and roll into small balls.
Send the candy to the freezer for about an hour, then transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.
