Cream cheese soup with shrimps

Delicate cream cheese soup goes well with shrimps fried with garlic and thyme. This dish is a real treat for all gourmets.

Ingredients
- Shrimps 400 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Thyme 2 sprigs
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- 3 tbsp butter spoons
- Paprika 1 tsp the spoon
- Milk 1 l
- Processed cheese 150 g
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Peel the shrimp. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and thyme leaves to these. Stir and leave for a while.
Chop the potatoes and onions finely.
Heat 1 spoonful of oil in a saucepan or saucepan. Fry the onion on it, season with salt.
Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Season with paprika.
Pour in milk, bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Puree the soup with a blender.
Add cheese and stir until dissolved completely. Add salt and pepper.
Melt the remaining butter in a skillet, add the shrimps and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Place the shrimp and butter in soup bowls before serving. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
