This super healthy and delicious creamy broccoli and cauliflower gizmos soup is easy to prepare. Boil vegetables, purée and add cream.
Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
Place all vegetables except onions in a saucepan of boiling salted water. It should be enough for the vegetables to float.
Bring to a boil again and cook for about 10 minutes or until potatoes and pumpkin are tender.
Meanwhile, fry the onion in melted butter until soft.
Drain the vegetables, add the onions and puree with a blender.
Pour the cream into the vegetable mass and stir.
Put on fire, bring to a boil and immediately remove soup from heat. Salt if necessary.
Serve the soup with croutons and herbs.
