Mazuriki are cooked with butter and cheese, so they are delicious. Turkey cutlets go well with side dishes and vegetable salads.
Melt the butter in a water bath, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix everything with minced meat, milk, egg, salt and pepper.
From the resulting mass, form mazuriki, oblong or classic cutlet shape. Lightly roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
To keep the mazuriks better, they can be left in the freezer for 20-25 minutes before frying.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the mazuriki for 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
