Tortilla pizza with ham, cherry and pepper

A simple recipe for a snack at home and at a picnic. This pizza on a tortilla will especially appeal to those who do not like to waste time making dough.

Ingredients
- Green or purple basil 1 bunch
- Rucola 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tsp the spoon
- Wheat tortilla 2 pieces
- Cheese 100 g
- Ham 6 slices
- Cherry tomatoes 1 handful
- 1 handful of olives
- Bell pepper ΒΌ pieces
Cooking method

Mix equal proportions of basil greens and arugula. Add garlic clove, salt and chop well to make a paste. Combine it with butter and lemon juice.

Prick the cakes with a fork and send them to the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
You can also use thick pita or pita sheets instead of tortilla.

Divide the sauce over the two tortillas and add any filling of your choice, such as grated cheese, slices of ham, cherry tomatoes, olives and bell peppers.

Return the scones to the oven for another 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges of the base are golden brown and crispy.
If you decide to cook such a dish over a fire, then place the pizza over the cooling coals and cover it loosely with foil. After 2-3 minutes, you can start tasting.
