Pasta with porcini mushrooms and cream

This mushroom pasta has a delicious flavor. First, dried porcini mushrooms are fried along with onions and garlic, and then cream is added to them.

Ingredients
- Dried porcini mushrooms 50 g
- Pasta 150-200 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 30 g
- Cream 50-100 ml
- Greens to taste
- Hard cheese to taste
Cooking method
Rinse the dried mushrooms in cool water and soak in hot water for 20-30 minutes.
Squeeze the mushrooms lightly and slice. Do not empty the water.

Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Replace part of the water with the liquid in which the mushrooms were soaked.
You can throw a couple of mushrooms into the pot. This will give the pasta a richer flavor.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic.
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion for about 5 minutes until translucent.
Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for another 8 minutes.
Put the pasta to the mushrooms, heat for 1 minute, add cream and salt.
Sprinkle chopped herbs and grated cheese on the finished dish if desired.
