Salad with two kinds of beans, chickpeas and tomatoes

This salad with beans turns out to be very satisfying. A dressing of apple cider vinegar, olive oil and sugar gives it an unusual sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients
- Frozen or fresh green beans 250-300 g
- Salt to taste
- Canned or boiled red beans 250 g
- Canned or boiled chickpeas 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes 10 pieces
- Purple onions ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ pieces
- Greens ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ bunch
- Apple cider vinegar ¹⁄₃ cup
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil ¹⁄₄ cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
If using fresh green beans, cut them into pieces and remove the ends.
Add fresh or frozen green beans to boiling salted water. The first one will cook for 2-3 minutes, and the second - no more than 5 minutes.
Immediately place the green beans in cold ice water. When cool, transfer to a paper towel and pat dry.

Place two beans and chickpeas in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and herbs.

Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper and salt.
Pour the resulting dressing over the salad and stir.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
